 Conference Proceedings / Post-review re-submission

Your revised manuscript should follow  the same rules as initially stated (we recall them below). (What follows can be discarded by authors whose contribution was accepted as-is, without any amendments.)

You should submit your revised manuscript as a new submission (*) on this website (category: Article). Your submission will include:

* the camera-ready PDF manuscript; you can check its formal validity (in part) on http://pdf-analyser.edpsciences.org/
** a ZIP archive with the source files (Latex or Doc) and images (if possible, include the references directly in the source file)
** a PDF of your manuscript with highlighted changes with respect to the first version
** a text or PDF file including the reviews received in the first round. Specific replies are required only in the cases in which the recommendations have not been followed.
** the signed publication agreement (under CC-by 4.0 licence) [again!]

   We would like to draw your attention to the following points more specifically:

  • Please abide by the imposed templates, with the prescribed document margins and one-column format
  • Choose a resolution of at least 300dpi for your pictures (or at the very least no less than 150dpi)
  • Pay particular attention to your surname, given name (in italics), and affiliations
  • Check the references; inasmuch as possible, provide a DOI
  • Heed all remarks about formatting and presentation made in the first round of reviews.

   (A more complete memo of style guidelines can be found here: https://www.epj-conferences.org/doc_journal/woc/guidelines_organizers_camera-ready_pdfs.pdf )

(*) Beware: After you have submitted your manuscript anew, we will remove your initial submission. Do not forget to save all the data you may need.

Note: If you submitted your revised version before the official re-opening of the submission portal, please check that it is still there.

Initial instructions

Your Proceedings manuscript should be limited to about 8 pages in one-column format (this limit will not be strictly enforced, however). To prepare it, you are asked to use:
* either this Word template
* or this Latex template
(We confirm the possibility to submit Latex source files, despite what is written on the submission page.)

 Your submission should include
* the PDF document of your manuscript
* a ZIP archive with the (Latex or Doc) source files and images
* the signed publication agreement (under CC-by 4.0 licence)

These templates follow the guidelines of EPJ Web of conference (one-column format) (https://www.epj-conferences.org/for-authors), where the Proceedings of the conference will be published in Open Access.

  We ask you to take into account the Reviewers' feedback on your extended abstract, as well as the comments you received at the conference.
