 Abstract submission

Your extended abstract should be submitted as a PDF file of no more than 2 pages. To prepare it, we strongly recommend that you use:
* either this Word template
* or this Latex template

These templates follow the guidelines of EPJ Web of conference (one-column format) (https://www.epj-conferences.org/for-authors), where the Proceedings of the conference will be published.

Registration fees

(The registration fees include food and beverage during the breaks, the publication fee for the conference Proceedings, the tourists' visit of Lyon, and the gala dinner).

Standard registration : €500 (with an extra +€200 for late registrations)

Discounted registration fee* (students, doctoral students, early-stage postdocs): €300 (with an extra +€100 for late registations)

The registration portal will open in July 2024.

LIMITATIONS: Each registration gives the possiblity to present at most one oral talk and one poster.

 * In exceptional circumstances, the discount may also be offered to other participants. In that case, please contact the Local Organising Committee by email, including factual evidence in support of your request for a discount).
