Key dates :

* Mid-March 2024:  The submission portal for your extended abstracts opens its gates and welcomes your submissions (no more than 2 pages) as PDF documents. Please use the Word or Latex templates of EPJ Web of conferences (1 column) to prepare your abstracts.

* 31, May 2024 (firm deadline!):  Submission deadline for extended abstracts.

* End of July: notification of acceptance/rejection to the authors of abstracts

*  August 19^th - September 18^th, 2024 : Early-bird registration

* Beginning of September : Hotel booking (strongly recommended)

* 2 - 5, December 2024: Conference at Palais Hirsch, Lyon.
Warning : On Tuesday, 3^rd December , the conference will take place at another venue in Lyon, Palais de la Bourse. The gala dinner will also take place there, on the same day.

* 31, January 2025 : (Strict) deadline for the submission of manuscripts to the conference proceedings (EPJ Web of Conferences)

* 9, May 2025 : Deadline for the submission of REVISED manuscripts to the conference proceedings (EPJ Web of Conferences)

* In 2025 : Publication of the conference Proceedings (Open Access) in EPJ Web of Conferences.
